Stairs – Loading Procedure
Load Securing on Spiral Stairs
Spiral staircases must be secured with a cross-brace in the form of a chain or strap and ALWAYS by crisscrossing the straps. Preferably, use a chain and a protective pad against the product to prevent damage, but straps are also permitted.
However, straps can be damaged during transport, which is why edge protection is extremely important in that situation as well.
Edge protection should always be used to protect the cargo and secure the load!
Also, be sure NOT to release the load securing until the cargo is attached to the crane.
The staircase is placed on the blocks.

The overload protection device, including the spacer, is installed.

The front cross-bracing through the lift is in place.
The staircase MUST ALWAYS be secured with cross-bracing to the left and right to prevent it from shifting.

At the rear end, it is important to start pulling in the direction where the ladder rests on the load-bearing support. Otherwise, there is a risk of lifting the ladder off the blocks in the center.

The last strap is in place; use edge protection here as well if necessary
