Here is yet another recent example of what not to do, what is not allowed, and what should not be done when loading. Materials have been stacked on top of each other in order to load the cargo. They have also chosen to mix steel beams and wood, a combination that has a strong tendency to slip at the slightest hint of moisture. This load should never have been loaded this way. Instead, they should have refused to load or depart in consultation with their traffic control.
