The fact that you should never walk or stand under suspended objects is nothing new, but it’s also worth reminding people that they shouldn’t stand unnecessarily close to suspended objects just because they can.
See below for a recent example of a perforated deck breaking during loading. Even if the hollow deck is secured with both chains and clamps, there is a high risk of being struck and injured in the event of an accident.
