Shipping damage caused by overly tight chains

Upon delivery of the slab flooring, it turned out that there were indentations in the slabs where the chains were attached.

It looks like the chains were tightened so much that the concrete cracked. Similar irregularities on walls have been observed recently.

We ask that you take this into account so that it doesn’t happen again.
