To simplify administration and expedite the handling of damage to vehicles, cargo, and property, Mantum has developed a damage report to be used in all situations where damage has occurred. Your traffic manager will help you fill out the damage report. Please feel free to attach photos of the incident. Providing clear documentation of what was damaged and who caused the damage also makes it easier for the insurance company, and will hopefully result in a quick and efficient resolution of the matter.
Effective October 1, 2016, MANTUM will charge 450 SEK per hour for investigating claims submitted to MANTUM where we DO NOT HAVE a damage report from the driver or the transport company.
