With that in mind, we would like to remind everyone to be especially vigilant as temperatures fluctuate rapidly across the country.
Vertical elements must always be secured before the load is released. In winter, it is important to assess the risks associated with horizontal products as well. Loading may take place at above-freezing temperatures, while unloading may occur at below-freezing temperatures. In such cases, even horizontal products can begin to slide, so ensure that these products are also secured to the crane before releasing the load.
