Hanger – Double Gate or Double Flap

When transporting elements on a flatbed trailer with double gates or driving a double-deck trailer, you must always remember to secure the cargo at the front that is resting against the rear gate or crossbar.

Also consider the center of gravity of the elements mounted on the rear gate/hanger. If the elements are tall and short, keep in mind that they have a high center of gravity, which means you’ll need to secure them with straps or chains across the element’s center of gravity.
