
This load has tipped over for several reasons; for one, the walls were not cross-braced—they were only secured with lashing straps. Furthermore, the gate was not properly secured, i.e., the chains were not secured both in front and behind. But the main reason is that the load securing is attached to movable wheel pockets. The pictures speak for themselves. For anyone with wheel pockets, the advice is to weld the securing holes shut so that this mistake cannot be made.
