Yet another incident involving an A-frame

While unloading walls from a truck, one wall fell off the truck, as shown in the photo above. The wall was not attached to the crane; it was standing on the truck and was about to be unloaded. The crane had just lifted another wall off the truck. The wall that toppled over had been individually secured in one of the A-frames. However, this did not help, as the wall dragged the A-frame down with it as it fell.
