Base elements have a high center of gravity and must be loaded and transported with these characteristics in mind to prevent incidents and accidents.
It is a FALSE sense of security to believe that the base prevents the radiator from tipping over.
The images show how the elements shift during transport when they are transported upright without lateral bracing; this is extremely dangerous and can lead to serious accidents involving personal injury and property damage—not least because it becomes difficult to properly secure elements loaded as shown in the images. The element can tip over during both unloading and loading.
To minimize risk and ensure proper conditions for securing the load during transport, the elements must first be braced laterally with a wooden structure or similar. The wooden structure must be able to withstand the forces to which the shipment will be subjected, including those from securing the load.
