Internal Audit FLAK

On several occasions, walls have shifted or moved, as shown in the pictures below. To ensure that it is detected immediately, a SELF-CHECK must be performed so that it is detected immediately.

After unloading, a mark must indicate that the SELF-INSPECTION has been completed.

Before loading
If not all walls are flush with the front edge (i.e., have shifted backward), they must be secured before maneuvering/unloading to prevent the walls from tipping over during unloading.

If you discover that a wall has shifted and is loose or about to come loose, you must immediately contact traffic control and
(work site/warehouse) so that the appropriate measures can be taken to eliminate the risk.

After unloading, check to make sure that ALL walls are against the front frame of the flatbed and that the brackets are secure. After that, a mark should indicate that the inspection has been completed.
