At the time of the incident, an A-frame was being moved between the truck\u2019s bed and the trailer\u2019s bed. The lifting hooks used were not the correct size, which led to complications and caused the safety latch to break.  <\/p>\n<p>Lifting equipment tailored to the specific task is of the utmost importance.
